Have you tried Golden Milk? This warm, flavorful beverage has kept baristas and health food bars hopping over the past few years. Calista D., New Chapter employee, makes Golden Milk at home after a long day at work—especially during the colder months of winter.
Calista uses Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder to support healthy inflammation response plus brain and heart health.* New Chapter’s proprietary fermentation process unlocks the Turmeric so it’s easier to digest. Her recipe also includes ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom for great taste.
Golden Milk has been a mainstay in India for thousands of years. Originating from Ayurveda, the ancient healing and balancing system, this Turmeric drink is considered both vitalizing and calming. The East Indian drink called haldi ka doodh is still served to children at bedtime.
You can make this just for yourself or double, even quadruple, it to share with your sweetheart or your family. Choose a blend of coconut and almond milks to create a vegan version.
